Wine School Mondays
Starting May 1, Vinicola Varga Wine Bar will host wine education every Monday from 3-7pm. There will be a guest speaker on the first and last Monday of the month until August. Vinicola Varga Wine Bar staff will be teaching wine school on all other Mondays.
Join our wine club
This club has the best perks and selection of wines. The wines in your allocations will be hand selected by Josh Neimeyer, our house sommelier. You will receive high quality, exclusive wines in each allocation that are not currently on our menu. Enjoy a 15 percent discount on each allocation.

The Mango Palmer
This isn't your Grandpa's Arnold Palmer! The Mango Palmer is made from Mango infused black tea, Shochu, Red Vermouth made with herbs from the Andes Mountains, and it is sweetened with Monk Fruit. We garnish this spiked tea with a lemon wedge to freshen it up. This is a true patio pounder.
Summer Spritz
This is our take on the Classic Italian Aperol Spritz, only this one is made with Bonato Aperitivo. No additives or dye in this beauty! Sip our Summer Spritz in style, while you people watch from our patio. Just like you did on your last trip to Italy.

We believe, small wineries are making the best wines in the world.
